CANNONAU D.O.C. DI ATHA RUJA
Obtained by the processing from the vine having the same name. It is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. It has a red ruby color and opens with aromas of the Mediterranean, Rosemary with hints of red fruit, berry, cherry and myrtle and all perfectly fused with mineral aromas. This wine goes well with red meats, roasts, game meats and cheeses. The suggested serving temperature is 18 . It is advisable to open the bottle an hour before serving.

 

 

 

KUENTU CANNONAU D.O.C. RESERVE.
This wine is produced from a selection of Cannonau grapes obtained from vines aged forty years and more. The maturation occurs in French oak barrels and for a period of 24 months. Its colour is a deep ruby red and it is truly a wine of great complexity and typicality. The KUENTU opens with aromas of red berries, herbs, licorice and spices. Its rich structure is well balanced by its elegant tannic complexity and fulfilling persistence. It is a wine that combines well with typical local dishes such as roasts, game meats, pasta dishes and tasty cheeses. It is advisable to open the bottle an hour before serving. The suggested serving temperature is at 18 . It is an unfiltered wine and any sediment present does not compromise its quality. In fact, this only enhances the characteristics of the KUENTU and helps demonstrate the integrity and naturalness of our wine-making procedures.

 

 

 

TULUJ -  ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT
This wine is obtained from a single accurate selection of the main grape varieties grown in our land for centuries and is rich of history and traditions. It has a deep ruby red color with a slight purple hue. Its scent opens with notes of red fruits, marasca and cherry revealing to the palate hints of sweet tobacco and wild licorice, all wrapped in thick soft tannins. It is great with main dishes such as game, red meat and mature cheeses. Please open and decant at least an hour before serving. The recommended storage temperature is 18 . It is an unfiltered wine and any sediment present does not compromise its quality. In fact, this only helps in enhancing the integrity and naturalness of our wine-making procedures. The number of bottles produced is always limited and depends solely on the vintages.

 

 

 

TULUJ MAGNUM - ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT

ACQUAVITE DI TULUJ
This noble distillate is obtained by the precious fresh pomace from pressed grapes. The pomace is delivered on the same day in small steel containers to the Capovilla distillery. Here, thanks to their skill and excellent distillation method (Bain-marie), the grappa maintains an intact integrity of the perfumes of our land. The spirit has an aging period of 24 months before bottling. It appears of crystal clear color and expresses a bouquet of white flowers and fresh fruit, maintaining a dry and delicate palate.
